Uform Launches New Online Ordering Platform
Uform is pleased to announce the launch of a new and improved Uform Online ordering platform, allowing retailers and trade customers the ability to order 24/7 at a time that suits them. A diverse range of products are now available, from ex-stock, paint to order and made to order doors and accessories, to lighting, handles, integrated bins, and internal storage.
The new website will provide customers with a seamless end to end order experience with the ability to now pay for orders online at the checkout stage. An option to create multiple baskets and save as draft orders will also make the process simpler for customers working on various projects.
All products are available on one easy to use interface which means no flicking between multiple screens to find the items they need. A user-friendly search tool also enables the user to search by range name or by individual product code and an option is also available for customers who wish to bulk upload items to their basket using a CSV upload tool.
The Account Management feature also gives customers a wealth of information on their account, including the ability to view and manage their delivery addresses, download pricelists, view their full order history including downloadable invoices and even avail of promo codes.
Multiple user access will also allow trade customers the flexibility to allow several people within their business to each have their own unique login. Live web chat is also available during Uform’s business hours for any Uform Online related queries, offering that extra level of support.
