TLW Global is lighting the way for 2023
TLW Global one of the leading LED manufacturers based in South Yorkshire is excited to announce its new look for 2023. After extensive research TLW Global has adapted its findings to ensure they keep the customer experience forefront of its future plans.
Having seen continued growth since being established in 1996, TLW Global has always maintained the family feel to all their customers and stakeholders. For this to continue, an intensive study took place to make sure that not only the manufacturing but also the branding was keeping up with the high standards expected by the company.
Managing Director Jason Hughes commented ‘2022 has been a fantastic year for us as a company, but we are keen to make sure that 2023 will be even brighter. We wanted to take a really close look at how our customer’s experience working with TLW and see how we could make this easier, simpler, and more efficient for them.’
Starting with an internal focus, it was imperative to keep manufacturing and the supply of products readily available. After a period of significant expansion, this meant looking at the replanning of the factory, warehouse, and internal systems and processes – reducing and streamlining production system times via LEAN manufacturing. Considering further growth was vitally important, which this system allows. Maximising operational capacities within this new infrastructure means the flow of production allows for any unexpected uptake in orders without delaying the delivery time. This will allow customers to have the best service possible and future-proof the business.
Having taken onboard feedback from their research to meet the increasing need for product information. An overall of customer-facing brands also took place. This includes a new look for TLW Global along with updates to the training packages, website, and suite of brochures. Having consistency throughout the branding will increase the brand awareness of TLW Global to their customers. As well as highlighting the expertise the company has within the decorative lighting sector with their VEW range of products. This new look will help customers when choosing products to get the right product for their applications.
Jason continues ‘We have undertaken a completely new look for our website, keeping it as simple and easy to navigate as before, as well as keeping all the product and training information in one place. It was then important to keep this consistency throughout the other customer touchpoints so the TLW brand will be recognised instantly.’
