Symphony’s Online Academy Now Includes a Laura Ashley Fitted Kitchens Module for Retailers and B2B Customers

Aiming to inform, educate and inspire, the Symphony Online Academy covers a wide variety of courses for retailers and B2B customers. There are courses covering all brands and product types such as Linear, Freedom, Urbano and Aquadi and now users can achieve a Certificate of Achievement on the new Laura Ashley Fitted Kitchens module too.

“We know that our customers are very busy and can’t always commit to a longer training course,” explains Emma Banks, Group Training Support Manager for Symphony, “so we’ve tailored the structure of the Academy for designers and sales people who need a solution to fit around their busy schedule. Offering access to the Academy alongside longer 90-minute live online courses and in-person training in our Marketing Suite ensures that we can provide the right training for each individual.”

Courses take around one to three hours in total to complete with plenty of bite-size activities and quizzes that can be completed at one’s own pace. Completion of each activity is logged, so users can easily track their progression through the module. Hundreds of customers have successfully completed courses since its launch in 2019 and once completed, users will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.

The Symphony Online Academy is aimed at helping retailers and B2B customers deliver informed, expert advice to customers. The addition of a Laura Ashley Fitted Kitchens online training module extends that training further, opening up the possibilities of kitchen design to include the classic and contemporary styles of the Laura Ashley fitted kitchen range. The module itself covers the heritage and history of the iconic Laura Ashley brand along with details of the range and exclusive cabinets plus an in-depth guide to designing the Laura Ashley look and feel. It is created to be completed at one’s own pace and once completed, users will be eligible for a Certificate of Achievement.

“The course was great,” reveals Jason Robertson, Showroom Sales Consultant at Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd. “I have been designing and selling kitchens for several years but was new to Symphony kitchens. This course quickly gave me a good amount of product knowledge that I could use to help me sell the product to my customers.”
