KBB 2018, The Best Year Yet for BA
KBB Birmingham closed its doors last Wednesday and with record visitors to this year’s show, it really was the busiest year yet for exhibitors, especially for award-winning BA Components. Once again, the best show for connecting BA with the lifeblood of their trade, the men and women that work in the KBB industry who visit from the length and breadth of the country.
The KBB Birmingham show just keeps getting bigger and better, more exhibitors, more products, and more visitors. This is the only UK trade show to bring some of the largest manufacturers and suppliers together for the opportunity to showcase the latest KBB products under one roof and let visitors try them out.
With a stand taking up 120sq meters displaying recently released products from BA certainly grabbed the attention of many trade professionals and retailers. With 10 distinctive kitchen displays, the exclusive BA Diamond Club enclosure, a new storage solution called ClicCube and their elegant Glidor bedroom system all complimented with new teaser colours and styles for 2018 BA gave a unique personal experience for all to remember.
David Caulfield Sales & Marketing Director commented “The response was unbelievable during the 4 days at the KBB Birmingham. We received an abundance of interest spanning all our products and comments were all so positive. The opportunity to showcase our product and spend quality time with our dealers make this an important strategic event.”
Brian McCracken Managing Director said “It was great to meet our customers as it’s not often I get to sit down and have a proper chat with them about all our products and future developments. Looking towards 2018/19, we used KBB as the perfect opportunity to gather market research before we decide on which colours and styles to launch next.”
With new potential colours such as Indigo, Metallic Copper and Brushed Bronze on display at the stand, customers could directly provide feedback to BA; what they felt their own customers would like and be a part of that decision-making process. The BA team provided a friendly vibe and were all very approachable, sharing their knowledge on an eclectic mix of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture.
BA launched their ClicCubes which are the latest stackable storage development in the world of tool-less flat pack furniture designed for the British consumer market. ClicCubes by BA are a simple, modern and practical storage solution offering durability as well as being stylish. Freely moveable and incredibly versatile, they are suitable for all types of environments including the home, schools, offices, retail outlets and more.
ClicCubes by BA in tower format can be bought in stackable configurations and complemented with storage baskets to provide an eye-catching modular storage solution. You can even opt for no backing or wall-hung to create an attractive display when filled with your favourite accessories. Add a little colour to a neutral scheme with over 16 colours to choose from for a contemporary twist. The response to this new product drew interest and curiosity with lots of retailers requesting more information.
David also said “KBB Birmingham truly made our trip worth the time, the hard work, and the money spent to be part of the biggest UK tradeshow for our industry. From all here at BA Components we would like to thank all who visited our stand and we look forward to being of service.”
