Häfele launches online quotation and ordering service for bespoke timber drawers

Häfele UK is enhancing its increasingly popular bespoke timber drawers manufacturing offering with the launch of an intuitive online quotation and ordering service.

Using the new system – which is accessible via My Häfele – customers can create quotations and place orders for bespoke timber drawers on demand, making the process easier and faster than before.

Users simply select their specification, including dimensions, material, quantities and customised finish. A price is then automatically generated, which can be saved for a later date or used at the time.

The bespoke timber drawer manufacturing service from Häfele launched in 2020 and has since become one of the company’s most in-demand offerings, with sales reaching £2m. The drawers have fully dovetailed joints, are available in a choice of timbers and have a suite of complementary accessories like cutlery inserts and knife blocks.

Customers can also tailor their drawer requirements against a long list of personalisation options, including a choice of shaped sides, flat or stepped top, as well as notching and drilling for runners. For the ultimate in personalised design, the drawers can also be router or laser engraved to feature a company’s brand and logo, or a customer’s choice of text.
