Franke introduces Smart Suspended cooker hood

Franke’s has launched the Red Dot award-winning Smart Suspended island cooker hood combining distinctive design with powerful performance.

 With a sleek cylindrical shape akin to a contemporary light-fitting, the suspended hood hangs from the ceiling on three wires to make a striking statement. Available in a choice of three chic finishes of Black, White and Stainless Steel, Smart Suspended’s simple linear metallic surface assures easy cleaning, while the plug-in carbon filter keeps ongoing maintenance hassle free.

 The perfect accompaniment to an island unit with a hob, Smart Suspended keeps kitchens steam and odour free with its high performing motor. It offers three operating speeds plus an intensive setting with an extraction rate of 580 m³/h and a noise level of 66 decibels at the maximum setting. Like all of Franke’s latest decorative hood models, Smart Suspended features the brand’s innovative Sound Pro Blowers. Thanks to its innovative design, the new motor significantly reduces turbulence and vortex of the internal air flow. At maximum power, the technology limits the noise threshold of the hood up to -6db and the sound produced is optimised, reducing the disturbance caused by high frequencies.

The Smart Suspended hood is 42cm wide, features easy push-button operation and two LED lights. It has an Energy Efficiency Class A rating and is backed by a two-year warranty.
