Discretion is key with Caple’s new built-under telescopic hood

Multi award-winning appliance specialist Caple’s new TSCH901 telescopic hood has been built with discreet extraction in mind. This innovative design is for those who prefer to hide their extractor from view to create a more streamlined kitchen aesthetic. Before use, you simply pull out the telescopic hood to enlarge your extraction surface and switch the appliance on with an easy-to-operate rocker switch.

Product manager Luke Shipway explains: “We have introduced our new TSCH901 hood to accommodate a variety of kitchen scenarios. It fits discreetly underneath wall units, which could be the perfect choice, where space may come at a premium. However, you can also benefit from an uninterrupted sight line across your kitchen.”

This stainless-steel appliance is hidden from view and therefore more versatile as it suits both contemporary and classic kitchens. This model features two speeds and a maximum sound level of 65dB. You can also simply remove the two aluminium grease filters for easy cleaning in a dishwasher and you’ll find two 2W LED lights will illuminate your hob for cooking.

The TSCH901 is C-rated* for energy efficiency and a recirculation kit is available as an option extra. This appliance measures 899mmW by 472mmD by 200mmH and costs £275.
