Abode Swich marks 15-year Anniversary with Special Wood Edition

Designed to transform a new or existing kitchen mixer into a filtered water tap, Abode Swich® will deliver a fresh supply of crystal clear, filtered water and can be retro-fitted or part of a new kitchen design.

The special Swich® Wood anniversary edition is designed in sustainable beech with rough-sawn edges, a fine grain wood surface and contemporary matt black lettering.

Supporting the three R’s that currently define today’s eco-conscious home and lifestyle, Swich® Wood Reduces single use plastic, Reuses sustainable materials and Recycles redundant high resin filters via the Filter Recyle Scheme unique to Abode.

The exclusive and patented Swich® Water Filter System works in conjunction with a normal kitchen mixer tap, providing immediate access to the domestic water supply and fresh filtered water via the Swich® filter cartridge. Simply turn the knob to divert the water from the domestic supply to fresh filtered cold water, which is free from chemicals and offers a better overall taste, appearance, and quality of drinking water.

Abode offer two filter options for Swich® that feature activated carbon to improve the taste and reduce impurities – (1) Classic Filter with a maximum flow rate of 2-3 litres per minute which is ideal for soft to moderate water types, and (2) High Resin Filter with Ion exchange water treatment system, which is best suited to hard water areas and also part of the Filter Recycle Scheme.
