Third Win for Wirquin at KBB Show
Wirquin has won the Innovation Award for the third consecutive time at the KBB Show this week at the NEC in Birmingham. It is a powerful recognition of the company’s drive to create innovative and sexy plumbing products that benefit the end user.
In 2014 the company won the award for their Macdee Motion unique all-in-one universal dual flush siphon, in 2016 their QuickFit Flush Valve which offers a great time saving solution to the busy plumber and in 2018 their Nano 6.7 two-in-one basin trap and waste innovation. The award is a great compliment indeed considering the breadth of competition at the national Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom show.
Nano 6.7, launched at the KBB show in 2016, has been really well received by the industry. It is a revolutionary basin waste and trap solution packed with technological innovations. An innovative product that combines space gain, quick assembly and cleaning from the top in order to exceed the expectations of the installer and end user. It is three times smaller than a classic waste, only 6.7cm in height, freeing up valuable space under the basin. It incorporates the very latest waterless silicone membrane technology for traps, a proven Wirquin innovation that’s been build into their water products since 2007 and is the key component for reducing the overall size of the unit.

At the KBB Show this year Wirquin were exhibiting to launch three more innovative new products. WIRQUIN NEO a new generation in bottle traps, WIRQUIN ONE, a fully automatic flushing valve and INITIO a compact wall hung WC frame.
