The NTG are pleased to announce 2 new design courses for 2012. They will be delivered in a unique collaboration between EQ Software, the NTG (National Training Group) and the BMA’s Bathroom Academy. These 2 day courses are aimed at professional kitchen or bathroom designers as well as new entrants into the kbb market.
Day one (Design Principles) guides delegates through the design process, from taking an initial client brief, preparing an accurate survey and creating a working plan to presenting the design and securing the sale. Creating an awareness of current building regulations, design trends and techniques coupled with practical sessions.
Day two (Project Management) enables delegates to effectively manage their projects from the quoting stage to successful completion and customer sign off. From initially building the quotation, delegates learn how to professionally create and manage project milestones, track profit margins, control installation timelines and handle all the invoicing and payments.
Successful candidates will be awarded an industry recognised certificate of achievement accredited by the National Training Group, which will count towards CPD targets. These courses are part of the upskilling strategies for the kbb markets and are open to all designers/trainees in the industry, not just for EQ Software users.
