“Borrowing is up, growth is down”, according to the media. This kind of bad news is always good news in the eyes of newspaper and magazine companies. Of course, it brings negativity, but it always fills pages. All the doom and gloom of the condition of today’s economy is unavoidable and understandably we need to be kept updated. However, everyone would naturally prefer to hear of lighter news.

Businesses in any industry have found it increasingly difficult to break free from the recession’s heavy grasp and bathroom distribution is no exception. Yet, it is about time that we should rejoice the distributors who are flourishing, not floundering in the current economic climate.

Making an effort to ensure maximum support is provided to customers and taking care of the distributor’s own position in the economy can set a distributor apart from many others. Combining this with the accessibility of quality products, it will create attention from customers and businesses alike. If a distributor can commit to its customers in this way then it will relish in the positive outcomes that it creates. The evolution of both distributor and customer is vital within the bathroom industry. As with any business, teamwork is key and collaborating together with customers will ensure the successful progress of both.
