Until recently, induction hob design was normally limited to circular zones with a fixed size and position, restricting where saucepans can be placed. However, the 90cm wide Siemens EH975SZ11E has twin FlexInduction zones, which can be used in a number of different combinations. In addition, there are number of benefits to cooking with induction technology such as, Extendible surface cooking for cooking with multiple pans, or individual zones where different temperatures are required and the rectangular shape of the zones which allows the use of pans in all shapes and sizes and maximises useable surface area.
For pure FlexInduction cooking, the Siemens’ 60cm hob model EH675MV11E provides users with 2 FlexInduction zones and a variety of different usage possibilities.
Both models feature Siemens’ innovative touchSlider function for adjusting the temperature, an LED timer for turning them off, and automatic pan recognition ensures that the zones only function when a pan is placed on them.
