Wholesale Glass taking service standards to a new level as it unveils unique charter
Published:  10 January, 2012

Wholesale Glass says it is taking service standards in its sector to a new level after unveiling what is believed to be the industry’s first customer charter.

The Wakefield-based company is one of the UK’s leading providers of Lacobel glass and mirrors, as well as being the largest UK supplier for Glasen, a unique interior film laminated onto the back of glass.

Entitled ‘Reflecting our Commitment to You’, the document contains various customer service standards the organisation pledges to maintain, including a commitment never to implement the European Energy Surcharge and always offer a full, 12-month guarantee on the products it sells.

Tony Garritt, managing director, Wholesale Glass (pictured), said the company was introducing the charter now because it was confident in its ability to achieve and surpass the levels stipulated almost unfailingly.

It has published the customer charter on its website and is also making printed copies available.
