Despite the difficult economic conditions and the general effect that these are having on retailing, Ideal Bathrooms remains upbeat about the future.
“There are many very successful bathroom retailers around the country,” says commercial director Danielle Lillis. “Those with the right products at keen prices and with good service are continuing to bring in sales. Investing in home improvements makes sense and Ideal Bathrooms is continuing to develop initiatives to help and support our customers.”
One area of investment that Ideal Bathrooms believes is of vital importance to its customer relations is regular and knowledgeable support from its external sales team - currently at its strongest with nine area sales managers covering the UK and Channel Islands.
Now working alongside sales director Rob St Barbe is Richard Taylor who has recently been appointed retail sales director. Richard is responsible for overseeing the recently introduced Premium Brand strategy spearheaded by luxury ranges Villeroy and Boch and Bette and supported by the upmarket products from main supplier partners such as Ideal Standard and Roca.
