IDS has expanded its national network and in November opened the doors on its new showroom in Norwich. Strong business growth coupled with an expanding customer base and product portfolio resulted in IDS looking for a larger site that allowed easy access for trade customers as well as fast road links for prompt deliveries in line with IDS’s policy of 24-48 hours from stock.
The 224 sq m showroom showcases IDS’s entire portfolio of flooring, work surfaces, Showerwall panelling, solid surfacing, panel products and laminates. Dedicated product zones provide visitors with interesting sample displays and useful information supported by knowledgeable and friendly customer service by branch manager Lee Neave and his team. There is also increased warehouse space, a total of 832 sq m, stocking 339 core products for immediate delivery.
“We’re very excited about the possibilities for growth that this showroom gives us,” comments Neave. “The larger showroom and warehouse space means we can really show our customers the benefits of dealing with a one-stop-shop for their decorative surfaces.”
