Over 50 retailers from across the UK have attended a series of professional training events over the past few weeks to learn more about the Geberit AquaClean range, the benefits to becoming a partner and how to increase sales opportunities for WCs that clean you with water. Since its launch into the UK market in early 2011, Geberit AquaClean has signed up over 80 retail partners. The company plans to increase this to 100 partners by the end of 2011 and add another 100 to its network throughout 2012.
“We have just started selling the Geberit AquaClean and have both a working model and a showroom model in our premises”, comments Phillip Collins from Montpellier Interior Classics of Cheltenham. “I didn’t know much about the product until I came on the course. It’s been an eye opener from the demonstrations, to the talk on how to sell it and how to get over the embarrassing moments when speaking to your customers about cleaning with water.”
