The ‘Plug and Play’ lighting system is suitable for both built-in and easy fit retro installation. It has long been the Holy Grail of the furniture manufacturing industry, with required Certification and Compliance becoming a pre-requisite. At Häfele the thorny issues of connectivity, power supply type and switching circuits were addressed as a whole, with connectors to both lights and driver being matched to specifications and a universal switch portal giving total confidence to the installer.
Dependant on the lighting requirements Häfele can offer both 12V and 24V constant voltage systems, along with a 350mA constant current system with a 700mA constant current system coming soon.
Loox lighting can be used in every country worldwide meaning that yocan wait right until the last minute to use Loox, furniture can be manufactured without knowing its final destination.
At Häfele we refer to the driver as the ‘Heart’ of the plug and play system, as it’s unique functionality is only surpassed by the Universal Testing & Certification which has been completed, allowing the combination of lights and drivers to be used throughout the world with the addition of a the suitable power supply cord.
There are a variable number of output terminals on the Drivers, dependant on size and capacity, but all derivatives carry an additional switching socket for the on/off, open/closed, touch dimmer and PIR movement switches irrelevant of system type.
