With consumer demand for hand-painted kitchens on the increase, TK Components has recently invested £300,000 in a new purpose-built Sprayshop, which will enable customers to benefit from a greater choice of doors, unlimited colour options and faster turnaround times. A premium hand-painted service is now available for many of the company’s most popular timber door ranges, including the Richmond, New England, Dakota and Maine collections, all of which can be colour-matched to any shade of the customer’s choice.
Two dedicated paint spray booths and a team of three full-time polishers means that leadtimes have been reduced from 14 to 10 days on standard colours and from 21 to 15 days on bespoke solutions.
TK Components’ managing director, Tom Kelly, comments, “The introduction of TKC’s new Sprayshop and colour-matching service means that we are well-positioned to provide excellent quality, hand-painted kitchen doors, in a truly unlimited choice of colours, at highly competitive prices and with fast turnaround times.”
