Contract quoting is traditionally a very complex and time consuming process for all involved, and historically Miele’s quoting process had been predominately a manual process.  The new facility allows Miele Project Partners to easily complete all the necessary registration information online at www.miele.co.uk/projects.  The act of registering creates a project on Miele’s Cloud based back end SMART system, a quote is then automatically generated and emailed back to the Project Partner, thus minimising the risk of human error.  It is now possible for a Miele Project Partner to receive a quote in only a matter of minutes, even with multiple house types.
