To fulfil the modern householder’s increasing desire to create more individual, personalised kitchen spaces with clean lines and sleek, statement appliances, Amica has launched its first built-in ‘collection’. The trend of ‘banking’ appliances is on the up for easy access and a chic, refined finish with a designer feel and Amica’s Platinum collection provides a choice of coordinated built-in appliances, all finished in one coherent design of finger-mark resistant stainless steel with striking red illumination and black glass, ideal for sophisticated kitchens and contemporary open plan spaces.
Platinum launches Amica’s first Combination Steam Oven in the UK as well as intuitive touch controls and displays inspired by ‘smart’ gadgets. The collection offers a choice of A rated multifunction ovens, chimney hoods, dishwashers and microwaves with an exclusive selection of innovative, practical features for households of all kitchen abilities – each supported by Amica’s two year parts and labour guarantee.
Amica’s 1143.4TpYX Combination Steam Oven is a built-in multifunction oven with 12 actual heating functions, 24 pre-programmed recipes, 10 pre-set steam recipes and a meat probe, enabling the user to perfectly cook any meal quickly whilst retaining nutrition, texture and taste. The clear LCD screen displays the menu as a carousel of icons and a touch control, personaliseable programmer makes for easy, intuitive use.
The other three highly specified multifunction ovens in the collection boast compelling features with eight or 12 heating functions and LCD touch controls or electronic programmer with retractable knobs; one bucks the trend in black and all save energy with Rapid Heat and come with a rotisserie as well as Amica’s unique Aqualytic self-cleaning system.
The collection offers a selection of 60cm and 90cm chimney hoods, each with an electronic display and five speeds of extraction, and there is a Platinum dishwasher for every home with a 60cm semi integrated and 60cm and 45cm slimline fully integrated models. Each is rated AAA for maximum energy efficiency and has a reduced noise level of 45dB. All three dishwashers have an LCD display, salt and rinse aid indicators, four washing temperatures and nine programmes including an ‘Auto’ wash for the optimum settings per load as well as turbo drying and plenty of space for nine or 14 place settings.
The Platinum collection looks great with Inari, Amica’s beautiful ‘open zone’ induction hob. Amica’s most successful retailers are those who display the products in a banked setting, to demonstrate what can be achieved in customer’s own kitchens. Despite the desire for style, consumers are still spending wisely and our quality after sales service and full two year parts and labour guarantee provide great security and peace of mind for both retailers and consumers.
