BSH Customer Service, the manufacturer’s service organisation for the Bosch, Neff and Siemens brands, has expanded its product advice support team. Together with his experienced team of full-time advisors, newly-promoted supervisor Mick Inskipp (pictured far left) is responsible for providing extensive pre-sales and post-sales advice for all the brands.
Direct brand phone lines are available for product advice: Bosch - 0844 892 8979; Siemens - 0844 892 8999; and Neff - 0844 892 8989 (option 3 in all cases).
Email enquiries can be addressed via online contact forms in the customer service sections of each brand website.
On weekdays (8am-8pm) and weekends (8am-4pm Saturday; 9am-3pm Sunday), the product advisors receive hundreds of enquiries on a wide variety of applications in order for customers to get the most out of their BSH appliances.
Typical queries include help with first use of a new cooking appliance, power supply loading information, aperture sizing, replacement appliances, energy ratings or product cleaning.
