Impulse Bathrooms has achieved LANTAC approval for its DocM suites as part of its growing range of products designed for the less mobile or disabled. This approval system enables certified products to be used by local authorities without further building control approval until the final inspection.
The Comfort range which offers WCs and washbasins with extra height to make them more comfortable in use, has recently been joined by the DocM suites developed to facilitate the use of the bathroom by disabled and wheelchair users, the elderly, the infirm or those with restricted mobility.
The entire Comfort and DocM ranges will now be offered through the trade, supported by a specialist sales team together with the company’s existing agents and Lorraine Owen, a newly appointed internal specialist.
