A Rayburn Heatranger 680KCD cooker and an AGA Rayburn solar hot water system have been installed at a newly refurbished home in Upton on Severn, Worcestershire.
The Heatranger powers the central heating and supports the solar hot water system when needed, while acting as a focal point in the kitchen. The solar hot water system comprises two AGA Rayburn evacuated tube solar collectors and a 300 litre hot water cylinder.
The 680KCD is a ground‐breaking oil‐fired central heating range cooker with an exceptionally energy efficient A‐rated condensing boiler – the only one of its kind on the UK market. With efficiencies of over 92% and a central heating and hot water output of 24kW, it is the perfect choice for energy conscious households unable to access mains natural gas.
With the largest rectangular cast‐iron hot plate on the market, two large ovens and the condensing boiler power up to 20 radiators and delivers ample domestic hot water.
