GROHE has appointed former product manager David Baldry as UK marketing manager. David will be responsible for driving customer insight, strategy, brand, sponsorship and communications. He will also play a vital role in the successful implementation of the new GROHE Trade Club loyalty programme, designed to build advocacy and brand reputation among the installer community.
David’s strong product management background will serve him well as he drives new marketing initiatives that will see not only the traditional B2B campaigns but also consumer engagement PR campaigns that aim to get people to pay more attention to their bathroom fittings.
The Trade Club offers installers the chance to receive cash rewards, access to a dedicated technical line and regular product and offer updates. Once signed up, they will receive incentives in the form of gift vouchers or cash every time they purchase a GROHE product. The scheme is specifically designed to encourage installers to discuss GROHE and build the brand’s reputation.
