Every year, Mereway Kitchens transports a range of new furniture to Cyan Studios, Leeds where inspirational kitchen sets are built, propped and photographed for their brochures.
Four displays have been donated to a local Oxfam store. The cabinets range from robust full height pull-out larder units, base units with pull-out waste bins and exciting corner carousels, pull-up bi-fold wall units, luxury pan drawers and display feature end units.
“Paul Saunders from Mereway asked me if I knew of any charities to donate the kitchens to,” comments Adele Flesher, director for Cyan Studios.
“Oxfam has about a dozen homeware and furniture shops across the UK and one of these happened to be local. I knew they would be able to handle such large items and know how to go about selling them to raise money for their charity.”
Oxfam has confirmed an interest, with enquiries already coming in from potential buyers.
