RAK ceramics’ advanced capabilities have allowed the company to responded competitively with new products that align to trends in the market place. An example of this is Nano Pix, a porcelain range that uses high-density printing technology to create marble and natural stone finishes. The technique achieves a natural variance of shade and surface texture that looks barely discernable from the real thing. Large formats of up to 100cm x 30cm allow a natural stone surface to be almost uninterrupted by joints, giving a professional finish at a surprisingly affordable price.
Porcelain is undergoing a huge expansion, not only does the material have unrivalled durability but it can be made in very large formats and in a range of finishes. RAK Ceramics manufactures the largest slabs in the industry at 180cmx120cm.
More Chic ceramic wall tiles have a décor with a distinctive surface glaze to create a bold floral design, adding a touch of romance to any space. More Chic comes in size 60x30cm. New porcelain products include Dolomite available in 50x20cm and 60x30cm the surface has a unique clouded finish and the tiles are rectified to give thinner grout lines for continuity of surface. RAK Ceramics’ Rainbow and Lotus ranges are back in vogue as the 10x10cm format for kitchen tiles enjoys resurgence.
