Offering a healthy, convenient alternative to conventional cooking methods, Baumatic has introduced a new compact steam combi oven in its Premium-Line collection.
Compact in size, the BCS460SS packs a punch in terms of cooking technology with six functions for steam cooking, regeneration, professional cooking, hot air cooking, hot air and steam cooking and low temperature. Measuring just 46cm high, the oven has a generous interior capacity of 31 litres and is rated A for energy efficiency.
With operation made simple via a touch control panel, the BCS460 comes with 50 preset recipes, enabling the user to cook to perfection at the touch of a button.
Features include an easy to wipe clean stainless steel cavity, oven light and built-in cooling fan - all behind a triple-glazed removable door clad.
The BCS460SS is supplied complete with two Inox perforated baking trays, a safety shelf, removable side racks and a meat probe.
