The trendsetting design of the new Arte hood from BLANCO by Gutmann genuinely breaks new boundaries, for the delicate filigree panels which give the hood its glamorous appearance are, in fact, the hood’s filters. The airborne fat generated by cooking passes over the filigree filters which, because they are thicker than the average filter, are able to cool the grease down, capturing an astonishing 95%.
Maintenance is simple. A light indicates when the filters need washing. Held in place with a magnetic catch and safety chain, they can be easily detached and put into the dishwasher.
Performance, as with all Gutmann hoods, is outstanding. Fitted with an internal motor on an average setting, average extraction rates of 1200m3/h and noise level of just 55 decibels (maximum 65 decibels) are achieved. When fitted with an external motor, the extraction rate will be greater still. Bespoke ducting is supplied according to installation requirements.
