The last 10 years have seen major changes in the demand for bathroom and heating products reflecting lifestyle changes and a taste for design led products sensitive to environmental issues. Kermi has just celebrated 50 years of manufacturing for the wider European market with many customer guests attending Kermi’s extensive 220,000 square foot manufacturing complex in Bavaria to celebrate this significant milestone.

Technical standards have polarized with conformity to European DIN Standards an essential for all manufacturers particularly in relation to Health and Safety issues and the requirement for responsible environmental management which have all been the cornerstone of Kermi’s manufacturing discipline and product development.

Over the years the Company has developed an enviable reputation for design and quality.

Investment in new products to meet the demands of lifestyle changes remains a constant priority for Kermi.

Scheduled for 15-19 March this year is Frankfurt’s ISH Exhibition which is now one of the most important Exhibitions in Europe with an ever increasing number of UK decision makers attending and witnessing new products launched across Europe. Kermi have consistently supported the ISH Exhibition and will have a major presence there again in both the Heating and Bathroom Halls

Kermi has been at the forefront of the increasing demand for Walk-in and Wetroom showering and has developed a highly successful comprehensive product range to satisfy this growing market sector.

Another example of leading edge design is the recently launched Diga Mini enclosure range with its unique foldaway principle freeing up the bathing space when not in use as shown. The new Diga Mini is particularly suited to the less able market.

As the adjoining Kermi Profile indicates Central Heating Radiators and Design Towel Radiators are a huge part of Kermi’s history and success with permanent powder coating finish for all products in the range paying respect to environmental issues as no re-decoration is ever required. The new Ideos Design Radiator is a recent and stunning eye catching design statement. Developed in conjunction with the School of Architecture in Germany (PBSA). Pictured is one model from the vast range of sizes, colours, and heat outputs.
