Demonstrating its versatility for the bathroom, Bushboard’s Nuance range has been used in a pilot project at a McCarthy & Stone development in Inverness to superb effect. The panels were used in the creation of a level access wetroom, underlining their advantage of being the only laminate product on the market guaranteed to be 100% waterproof.
The brief was to create a luxurious, safe and easy maintenance shower-room. The Marble Tabac design was chosen for its rich stone coloration in the large format laminate wall panels. Featuring a long postformed edge, the panels can oversail the shower enclosure, providing a more aesthetically pleasing finishing detail and eliminating unsightly extrusions.
The panels were seamlessly jointed providing an expansive decorative surface that is hygienic, easy to clean and 100% waterproof. Nuance solid surfaced worktops in Glacier White were used on the vanity unit and shelving above the WC and in the shower area.
