You may have noticed a number of changes over the last 18 months where leading independent bathroom and sanitaryware products distributor AWA Bathrooms are concerned, with a rebranding being the most noticable. However, some other less obvious changes have also taken place in order to improve the service and delivery that AWA Bathrooms offer.
More recent developments have included a more focused approach to delivery, and has seen the company concentrate its service and operation from the main warehouse and distribution office in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. This focus will allow AWA Bathrooms to service, and respond to customers directly, with as little delay as possible - products, service and delivery from one location.
AWA Bathrooms have also embarked on a series of initiatives with leading manufacturers such as GROHE. AWA Bathrooms worked closely with the bathroom fittings manufacturer to devise eye-catching new designs for the AWA Bathrooms fleet of delivery vehicles that feature a number of the manufacturers innovative, and award-winning showers launched during 2010. The recent livery rebrand is part of AWA’s continued focus on customer orientated and innovation-lead product and service offering.

Partnerships with other manufacturers are planned throughout 2011 – which will see AWA cement their reputation further as quality suppliers with customer focused service and delivery utmost on the agenda.

- Trade Solutions which provides simple and straightforward trade products that are clear and easy to digest.
- Red Hot Offers & Displays is a regular publication that highlights attractive display offers in a format which gives manufacturers the opportunity to promote their most attractive offers
The AWA customer charter states; “In partnership with our suppliers, provide customer solutions through distribution, by supplying quality products matched with the highest level of professionalism to the UK bathroom market” and these are values that AWA truly believe, and will continue to uphold in what are undoubtedly still challenging markets conditions through 2011 and beyond.
