Headed up by Vice President of Design Paul Flowers, the in-house design team aim to make GROHE products efficient and approachable with a balance between aesthetics and function, to make them not only beautiful, but perform to perfection. GROHE products offer innovative solutions to problems that have never been addressed before, e.g. with GROHE Cool Touch® the outer surface of a tap is never too hot to touch, or the ever increasing importance of sustainability wherein GROHE thermostatic shower mixers save water and energy by 50%. Design, technology, innovation and quality have always been at the forefront of GROHE’s philosophy and play a vital role in the decision process for product materials and techniques.
The GROHE Design team has received numerous International design awards, including red dot design awards for products such as the GROHE Rainshower® Icon or GROHE Ondus® which were both named “red dot best of the best” and several IF design awards.
