Some 26 delegates from Claygate’s customers in the South East were greeted by Sales Director, Malcolm Thomas, who then handed over to the Salamander team of Malcolm Campbell, Training Director, Richard Allan, External Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager, Geoff Hogg who gave an interesting presentation of Salamander’s wide range of pumps and accessories plus installation guidelines and the back-up service offered by the company.

Salamander’s ‘Pumpwise’ service, offering advice on selection plus a one year’s extension on the Warranty period if the advice was taken, was of obvious interest to the audience. General installation advice was also featured, including use of their S Flange to limit the risk of aeration in supply water to showers and to round the day off, delegates were shown a pump in full operation.

Claygate’s Showrooms provided a fine background to what proved to be a rewarding day for all those present.
