Burlington goes off-the-shelf
Published:  13 December, 2010

As part of its dynamic corporate development strategy, stone engineers, Cumbria-based Burlington, has increased the availability and accessibility of its natural stone product offering with the introduction of a standard/off-the-shelf range of floor and wall tiles.

Now available from stock is a range of tiles that come in five natural stone colours – Broughton Moor, Kirkby, Brandy Crag, and two limestones, Caulfeild and Lord. Supplied as 12mm thick tiles (15mm for limestone), the new range takes in four standard sizes - 600 x 600mm, 600 x 300mm, 600 x 150mm and 300 x 300mm - all of which can be combined to compose a myriad of decorative and attractive flooring schemes. When choosing Burlington natural stone, users and specifiers are investing in an enduring statement of quality and one that requires very little maintenance. As well as being impervious to water, resistant to salt attack, cycles of wetting and drying and extremes of temperature, it is also colourfast, non-combustible and self-cleaning.
