Britannia Living’s latest range cooker combines French style with the ability to cook food to the highest professional standard. Fournelle is available in four models: Fronsac, Carelle, Lafleur and Margaux (pictured) and boasts a robust design.
Available in stainless steel, cream, burgundy, blue, green and matt black, Fournelle features stay clean liners at the sides, roof and back; Conventional Cooking which provides the same style as gas; a fast pre-heat system; and nine functions in the 90cm and 60cm ovens and four plus a rotisserie in the 40cm.
For cooking on the hob, La Plancha is a high quality solid stainless steel hotplate; Le Coup de Feu is a large cast iron cooking area for simmering or keeping food warm; while La Friteuse Électrique is a thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer. A six-zone induction hob option is available on the Carelle and Fronsac, offering a highly energy efficient, all-electric cooker with the controllability of a gas hob.
