With Siemens’ new flexInduction hob model EH675MN11E, two of the traditional four cooktop zones have been joined together to create an extra-large cooking area. Energy efficiency is maximized too; flexInduction automatically recognizes the size, position and shape of the pans, only heating those areas that need to be heated - thus saving valuable energy.
Siemens powerInduction is behind the new technology. Heat is conducted directly to the pans and their contents by means of induction coils, without heating the hotplates along the way. In addition to flexibility, this yields further advantages for the chef: heat-up times are extremely short, the hob is much easier to clean, and safety is increased. Like a laptop, navigation is achieved by moving your finger slightly. Gently push the oblong touchSlider scale to increase or reduce the heat on individual zones, and the desired settings are controlled directly with a single fingertip.
