Able to withstand temperatures of up to 280ºC thanks to its granite construction, the technology tackles the cleaning problem associated with composite sinks by creating a smoother, flatter surface and reducing the chances for limescale to build up. It is also far more difficult for residue, food particles and bacteria to accumulate in between the granules.

Furthermore, the sinks feature a new shallower low profile semi-integrated basket strainer waste and overflow which increases levels of hygiene as the detachable plate allows boiling water to be poured into it to remove any bacteria, while the rigid overflow pipe reduces the likelihood of deposits.
