Galaxy
Maia’s ‘Galaxy’ worktop was launched in response to the continuing strength of black in home interiors. Giving the look of a moonlit sky, this addition uses metallic flecks that reflect light to add a touch of contemporary glamour to the kitchen environment.
Created to offer both kitchen designers and homeowners alike a practical and aesthetically superior worktop surface, ‘Galaxy’ is one of maia’s 10 décors that bridge the gap between entry level laminate worktops and the more expensive Granite or Corian options. In common with all other maia products, Galaxy boasts the appearance of stone but without the inherent drawbacks.
All maia surfaces, including ‘Galaxy’ are supremely hygienic, seamless, smooth to the touch, easy to clean and durable (any accidental scratches can be repaired by the owner using the maia care kit). ‘Galaxy’ is non porous and heat resistant to 180̊ C.
‘Galaxy is available in thicknesses of 42mm or 54mm and can be coordinated with a choice of integrated sink modules and curved island units, offering ultimate flexibility.
Iceberg
The maia ‘Iceberg’ worktop follows the current trend for white interiors. It is a pure white décor that lends well to contemporary kitchen designs. Soft yet striking, this recent addition offers a designer look and feel for those looking to upgrade from laminate worktops.
Highly versatile, the simplistic nature of ‘Iceberg’ allows it to be teamed with a number of different door choices.
Not just an attractive product, ‘Iceberg’, is crafted from a high quality, solid surface material, designed to last. Like all ‘maia’ work surfaces, it is resistant to scratches, wonderfully smooth to touch, non porous and heat resistant up to 180°C due to its acrylic based composition.

Thicknesses of both 42mm and 54mm are available, dependant on the style the consumer wishes to achieve and all maia worktops come with a ten year manufacturer’s guarantee for added piece of mind.
