The Flexinduction hob from Neff
Published:  02 September, 2010

As its name implies, the FlexInduction hob by Neff is a flexible new way to cook for the modern kitchen. Instead of two specific zoned areas, two of the four zones have been joined together to create an extra-large extended cooking area. So whether you're using a roasting tin, fish kettle or several smaller pans, there's plenty of space on the large flexible cooking area.

Energy efficiency is maximised on this hob too because FlexInduction automatically recognises the size, position and shape of the pans, only heating those specific areas. And all this comes with the trusted Neff technology to ensure optimum heat distribution as well as rapid response times. Heat is conducted directly to the pans and their contents by means of induction coils, meaning no wastage along the way.

In addition to flexibility, this clever induction hob provides even more advantages for the home cook: heat-up times are extremely short, the hob is much easier to clean and safety is increased.

Once again, Neff leads the way with innovative new cooking technology designed to enhance the whole kitchen experience.
