Waterline’s former logistics director Andrew Lillywhite has joined BCG as commercial and operations director. He will be responsible for the commercial, operations and customer service departments including more than 50 members of staff.
Andrew’s role will enable BCG to further strengthen these critical departments within the business and improve the overall customer experience for both retail and merchant accounts.
