Marcrist International has launched the diamond CC750 tile blade, designed for cutting curves in even the hardest ceramic and porcelain tiles.
The 115mm dish-shaped blade is easy to use and quick to master, and capable of rapidly cutting accurate, clean and complex curves in tiles with a radius as small as 100mm, with no maximum limit.
Fitting all 4 ½’’ and 5’’ angle grinders, the blade is self-cooling and self-sharpening and manufactured employing Marcrist’s V-UHP Fusion technology which results in extremely strong bond homogeneity and segment adhesion to provide outstanding performance and safety.
Furthermore, the blade is available in a kit which also includes a diamond edge grinding tool that allows the tile edge to be softened after the blade has been used to cut the curve and comprises an electroplated diamond band and a mandrel that fits into any three-jaw chuck.
