“More Pleasure, Less Consumption” is the ethos at Hansgrohe and demonstrated by their award-winning portfolio of showers, mixer taps and thermostatic mixers all with water and energy saving EcoSmart technology.
Products include the keenly-priced Crometta and Croma shower families and the versatile Raindance EcoSmart AIR collection with versions to suit every possible installation. Fixed overhead showers, hand showers and showerpipes with head diameters ranging from 100mm to 240mm are guaranteed to please in terms of both style and showering enjoyment. Water consumption is around 9 litres per minute (at 3 bar) compared with up to 18 litres per minute in the non-EcoSmart versions.
A prime example is the award-winning Crometta 85 Green. Thanks to a combination of devised flow regulation and central air intake, this clever hand and overhead shower delivers just 6 litres of water per minute while still providing great performance. This product is recipient of the Waterwise Marque, the ‘Environmental Innovation Award for Bathrooms’ for 2009 and is in the highest rated water-saving category as part of the BMA water-efficiency labelling scheme.
