Ideal Bathrooms has increased staff to front its sales office, the number of vehicles in its fleet and delivery routes - in order to guarantee meeting the standards customers expect.
With customer service top priority, Ideal Bathrooms has continued to sustain its number of eight external sales managers in order to ensure the continuation of ‘face to face’ relationships with retailers. The company’s highly experienced sales team provides the field support that customers need.
The external sales team which covers the whole of the UK – including the Channel Islands and The Shetlands – is supported by sales director Rob St Barbe and business development director Ray Walls.
Having introduced a more efficient phone system, updated delivery vehicles and marketing initiatives including The Big Book of Displays, Super Trade and The Ideal Bathroom customer magazine, Ideal Bathrooms is ensuring that it remains the number one UK national distributor for bathrooms.
