BIG TOUR IS BACK!
Book out your diary because this November, there’s no better place to be!
Published:  03 July, 2010

BCG, the leading kitchen, bathroom & heating distributor is doing it all over again!

“How could we not?” said Chris Honer, BCG’s Managing Director. “2009 saw the industry go through turbulent times, and we watched almost every one of our competitors cut costs and spending. We took a tough decision not to, and I believe we played the ace card. Our decision to go ahead with Big Tour 3, coupled with the tremendous advertising and editorial campaign we ran, saw BCG’s profile within the industry rocket. We attracted a record number of customers through the doors of Big Tour 3, and the support and enthusiasm for both the tour and the launch of our Airmiles incentive scheme was phenomenal.

“Last year, Twyford Showering, who won the ‘Big Tour 3, Best Stand Award’, signed up 55 new accounts and took orders for 155 new showroom displays, a staggering achievement by anyone’s standards and not a bad result for five days work.

“In the nicest possible way, we feel obligated to do it all over again! BCG’s commitment to the industry is unequivocal, we want more exhibitors, more customers and more benefits for all those involved!

Chris went on to say, “And if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also set Big Tour 2010 an extra challenge this year. Not only do we want to benefit the kitchen and bathroom industry but we also intend to benefit the lives of some disadvantaged children here in the UK. This year with the help of ‘Action for Children’, Big Tour 2010 is aiming to donate kitchen or bathroom essentials to a number of children’s projects here in the UK. Our aim is to complete this challenge before we get to Big Tour in November, giving us the opportunity to show the industry what a handful of businesses can achieve, when working together.

“Big Tour 2010, could it get any better than Big Tour 3? Come and see for yourself.”
