Natural stone brings a room to life; it can add drama, soften or just add surprising highlights of colour and variation. It looks perfect on kitchen floors in both classic and contemporary settings. This beauty comes at a price. These products vary enormously in wearability. Some are extremely hard and others quite soft; some may need sealing and they can vary a great deal in thickness. For clients who are concerned about the care these beautiful products need there are plenty of natural stone and slate lookalikes in durable and almost maintenance free porcelain. Some are so good you can hardly tell the difference.
