Rayburn has launched the 600K oil-fired range cooker with two deep ovens. A cooker-only appliance, it joins the new generation of Rayburn Heatranger 600 central-heating range cookers. The solid cast iron, machine ground hotplate is exceptionally powerful, can accommodate up to eight pans at once and will reach cooking temperature (360°C) from cold in 16 minutes.
The main 47-litre capacity cast iron oven uses conduction, radiation, and convection to create an exceptionally even, all-round heat and reaches cooking temperature (200°C) in less than 30 minutes. At a moderate to hot setting it features four heat zones while the floor acts an extra hotplate.
The lower oven (34-litre) is also constructed from cast iron and operates at half the temperature of the main oven making it perfect for slow cooking. Up to six Rayburn pans can be stacked at the same time; it’s useful for warming plates and serving dishes and for keeping cooked food hot.
