Despite the economic climate, Mereway Kitchens are continuing their investment into new products and are delighted to announce the launch of 22 brand new door styles this spring; their greatest release of doors to date.
First for release is the New Lincoln range featuring a solid timber shaker style door in a warm Oak finish featuring a veneered centre panel with a distinctive lively grain. To accompany the Oak is a collection of 5 complementing painted pastel Ash doors in chalk white, pebble blue, willow green, pantry cream, and fennel green allowing colours to be mixed to create either a contemporary or more rustic style.
The range presents a modern country style that meets traditional shaker design, created to show the warmth of timber against a palette of fresh pastel colours. All of the tonal shades complement each other and the use of blocks of colour can be implemented to draw focus to the various "zones" around the kitchen.
Lincoln doors are available with a matching Oak cabinet to augment a warm country feel, whilst matching side panels in the 5 painted colours are available for those seeking a matching finish throughout. Attractive Feature End cabinets featuring compact storage drawers and attractive open display space, whilst smooth curves on base and wall units come with matching curved plinth and pelmet for an ergonomically elegant look that's also practical. All of Mereway Kitchens' range of clever storage solutions can be easily planned into any Lincoln design to make the kitchen both stunning and practical.
The Lincoln door has been brought about by considerable cash investment by Mereway Kitchens over the last 12 months on brand new production equipment and facilities enabling them to spray the new Lincoln painted range in-house. Having recently restructured one of their factory sites to accommodate the preparation and finishing of Lincoln Ash doors, Mereway Kitchens have restructured their production facilities and invested in the refurbishment of the plant and necessary machinery for the process. Additional staff have been taken on and fully trained in the careful hand sanding and hand spraying processes of these doors to ensure exceptional quality control and optimal results.
"We are sure that Lincoln Oak and its choice of complementing painted options will prove a success story for both us and our retailers," comments Ginette Crowther, Marketing Manager. "The investment in our own manufacturing, along with the scope of new products being launched this spring, places Mereway Kitchens in a really strong position during these difficult economic times, and this," continued Ginette "combined with the exceptional quality we can achieve by controlling the production process in-house here in the UK, we believe will give us a competitive edge in this challenging market."
As a British manufacturer, Mereway Kitchens have an established reputation throughout the industry for their commitment to quality, and wherever possible play to their manufacturing strengths. A strong belief in investment within the current climate has enabled them to bring to market an exciting and commercial range of doors to support and generate sales for their customer base in the months ahead.
