So what is the big issue in bathrooms? As for just about any other industry today - it’s simply survival. Times are tough and will continue to be so. • The future of bathroom design - it's in our hands
Comment by BEN GRAVE, Marketing Director, Impey
    Published:  08 June, 2009

We are all aware that the current trading conditions look set to continue, at least for the foreseeable future. New building work has been hit particularly hard by the current economic climate. The housing market is slowing with people deciding to renovate and refurbish their current homes rather than move. However, manufacturers of bathrooms that focus on inclusive design are currently weathering the financial storm. The UK's rapidly ageing population means that the need for a bathroom which brings together the functionality of healthcare bathing aids and the visual appeal of a luxury wetroom environment in one outstanding package will only increase.
