  • Effective extraction is kitchen essential
Comment by IAN KERSHAW, Managing Director, CDA
    Published:  21 January, 2010

“An effective extractor is an absolute must in any kitchen,” says Ian Kershaw, MD of fast growing appliance manufacturer CDA. “ Without a good extractor the kitchen will quickly become dirty because grease contained in steam from frying and other cooking will deposit itself on surfaces such as cornice rails, door edges and the ceiling. Smells will linger too - and a good extractor will remove them quickly and efficiently.”
