The addition of a 100mm laminate upstand gives a higher perceived design value to the kitchen, while at the same time offering a hygienic surface area.
They are incredibly quick and easy to fit using simple joinery skills. Cut the upstand to size and fix with silicone along the back edge of the worktop and any untidy edges are immediately and attractively concealed.
Bushboard’s upstands are available in 3m x 100mm x 20mm lengths and are manufactured from a chipboard core surfaced with hard-wearing HPL. More than 48 different designs are available across the Prima and Omega 40mm and Odyssey 30mm laminate worksurface ranges offering extensive design scope.
